NewsNew General Information Board Installed at the Oki Islands Geopark Visitor Center!
The Oki Islands Geopark Visitor Center, a core facility of the Oki Islands Geopark, has newly installed The Oki Islands UNESCO Global Geopark General Information: Dōgo Island board, making it easy to understand the charming characteristics of the Oki Islands!
This information board includes a geological map that indicates geologic and strata distribution throughout the Oki Islands and introduces the characteristics of the geopark’s formation and its nature.
Through the geological map, you can feel the marvelous history of how the earth beneath your feet was formed.
